This module fixes #486544: system_settings_form does not support password / password_confirm fields well
Password fields on forms that use system_settings_form() or manually specified forms will not be reset if they are left empty.
This makes it impossible to blank out a field, however, you can still input gibberish to erase a password.
This module also provides the ability to change a text field on anther module's form into a password field.
