Election of a New Chair
At its meeting of 29 June 2026 in Brussels, the Delegation to the CARIFORUM-EU Parliamentary Committee (DCAR) elected MEP Stefan KÖHLER as it new Chair (replacing MEP Norbert LINS).
The DACR Bureau is now composed of the following Members:
Chair: Stefan KÖHLER (EPP, Germany)
1st Vice-Chair: Anna-Maja HENRIKSSON (Renew, Finland)
2nd Vice-Chair: David CORMAND (Greens, France)
Stefan Köhler was elected the new Chair of the Delegation to the CARIFORUM-EU Parliamentary Committee (DCAR)
In order to facilitate a swift start into the new legislative term, the Parliament has prepared for the new Members a series of brochures providing a detailed information on the EP's role in the external policies of the EU as well as the work of parliamentary standing delegations.
