30th Inter-Parliamentary meeting (IPM)
The 30th Inter-Parliamentary Meeting (IPM) of the European Parliament's Delegation for Relations with South Africa (D-ZA) took place in Cape Town, South Africa, on 24 and 25 June 2026. The meeting was preceded by a series of exchanges between Members of the European Parliament and representatives of the Government of South Africa, as well as stakeholders from civil society and other relevant organisations.
The IPM provided an opportunity for Members of both Parliaments to review developments in EU-South Africa relations, discuss issues of mutual interest, and further strengthen the strategic partnership between the European Union and South Africa.
