Shannon V. Velzen is a dark romance and romantasy author from North Yorkshire, writing stories where love is dangerous, power is intoxicating, and nothing comes without a cost.

A disabled mum of two with a degree in psychology, she weaves emotionally intense narratives filled with morally grey characters, obsession, and the kind of love that borders on ruin.

When she’s not writing, she’s either lost in a dark book, blasting music to sing out of key too, or attempting to keep snacks hidden from her feral children.

She likes to call her readers her freaky f*cks alongside her street team, the chaos demons
