Steal Adcock M.A.
“This is the real mystery of lucid dreams and real memories. I often ponder at what it means that I can feel like my dream and lucid dream memories are just as real as my real memories. On some level, this makes sense. I have directly experienced my dreams and lucid dreams from my first-person point of view. I experience waking life the same way. Only, in waking life, things tend to follow logical rules and forms remain stable according to those rules.”
Steal Adcock M.A., Consciousness: Observer or Controller?: Rethinking the Essence of Mind

“Oneirology is the research of dreams. It derives from the Greek, oneiro, meaning dream. The Five Pillars of Dreamscapes is a guide based on initial Oneirologist research from the 1900’s. They will include field experiments introducing the five basic foundations, known as Pillars. These basic Pillars will be needed to begin and maintain lucid dreaming.
Pillar One – ANCHOR. Maintain control upon arrival in a shared dream state. Invade and place a marker or anchor to stabilize your placement.
Pillar Two – SAILS. Leave a link in both sleeping and dream worlds. Self. Aware. In. Lost. State. Travel freely in both states.
Pillar Three – SWIM. Immersion into another dream for control. Invade and manipulate the environment for control in the shared dream.
Pillar Four – TEMPO – Time manipulation in the shared dream state. Control perception of time as you create in a shared dream.
Pillar Five – MANIFESTATION – Create an avatar in a shared dream to conceal your identity. Hide behind a mask upon dream invasions.
Half of the human population has experienced lucid dreaming, when the dreamer can control what happens while asleep. Being aware of your consciousness while in a lucid dream is a form of metacognition. The Five Pillars outlined in this book will improve your awareness of your awareness while dreaming. These basic steps need to be learned and mastered to better interpret dream metacognition.
The Fifth Pillar, MANIFESTATION, might be the most important to create over time. Every shared dream will require you to hide your identity behind a mask. The mask will eventually be your Avatar to protect you in the dream world. Start now on what you would like to become and have your avatar ready upon completion of this guide.

Kris Spisak
“Earlier still, woodblock prints known as lubki, popular in the 1600s and 1700s, are our earliest known confirmed representations of her. These decorations, originally fashioned from the carve-able layer of wood under the bark of linden trees, hung in the households of those who could not afford more expensive icons.”

“Some speak of witches like brutes who go bump in the night, yet some tales are much bigger than a single fright. In fact, some famous witches arguably aren't witches at all. They are merely characters so difficult to define that no better word describes them. So, witches they become, and they are branded in the public mind ever after.”
Kris Spisak, Becoming Baba Yaga: Trickster, Feminist, and Witch of the Woods

“Morpheus, you guide us into the dream world to live lives of fantasy and receive messages to influence our waking lives. If it is your will, allow us to be lucid so that we may partake in the dreamscape and make our time with you even more meaningful.”
