Great news! Samsung Express Mobile Service Points are now conveniently located at selected Harvey Norman stores.
What’s the Samsung device drop off service and how does it work?
The Samsung drop-off service is a hassle-free way to get your Samsung mobile device repaired. Visit a Samsung Express Mobile Service Point at selected Harvey Norman stores to get started.
Here’s how it works:
- Upon arrival, your device will be assessed by a Harvey Norman team member, who’ll create a repair booking.
- Your device will be collected via express pick-up and delivered to the Samsung Repair Hub for thorough assessment and repairs by a Samsung authorised technician.
- Once repairs are complete, you’ll be notified, and the device will be shipped back to the Express Mobile Service Point for collection.
For non-warranty repairs, such as damage, Samsung’s Repair Team will provide you with a detailed quote.
Where does the device go after drop-off at an authorised Harvey Norman point?
The device is sent to the Samsung Repair Hub via an express courier service, which collects from participating Harvey Norman stores daily.
Which Harvey Norman stores have drop-off points?
Samsung have Express Service Points available at 51 Harvey Norman locations – 17 in New South Wales, 13 in Victoria, 10 in Queensland, 4 in South Australia and 7 in Western Australia.
How much do repairs cost?
This is a complimentary service offered by Samsung and Harvey Norman. However, fees may apply for out-of-warranty repairs.
