MAGA boxer Ryan Garcia pulled no punches with a very public ditching of Donald Trump this weekend.
Garcia, who has previously declared his love for the president and even shadowboxed in front of him, wrote on X, formerly Twitter, that he was “reclining my past support for Donald Trump.”
The pugilist, who was expelled from the World Boxing Council in 2024 for using racial slurs during a livestream and has come under fire for anti-LGBTQ comments, suggested any association with the late, convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein was unacceptable following the latest release of documents related to the financier, records that critics say Trump’s Justice Department has slow-walked.

Trump was a longtime acquaintance of Epstein and has denied any wrongdoing.
Previously, Garcia criticized the Trump administration’s immigration crackdown in Los Angeles, but stopped short of fully withdrawing his support.
“I may have voted for Trump, but I can’t stay silent about what’s happening with ICE in LA,” Garcia wrote in June 2025. “These aren’t just ‘illegals’ or statistics — they’re people.” Garcia was born and raised in Victorville, California. His grandparents were born in Mexico.
