The boy and his dad, Adrian Conejo Arias, who is originally from Ecuador, were detained in a Minneapolis suburb on Jan. 20. They were taken to a detention facility in Dilley, Texas.

The decision is a major blow to state and city officials, who say the Trump administration’s surge of immigration agents has terrorized residents. 

“I can’t stay silent and neither should you,” the '80s teen icon said in a scathing video.

Ecuador’s minister of foreign affairs has filed a protest with the U.S. Embassy after the attempt. 

"He was there with a loaded gun looking to cause trouble for the Border Patrol agents, and that trouble came back on him,” the right-wing pundit said.

"It wasn't a scrum. He was murdered. We have to start using the word,” said “Naked Sports” host Cari Champion.

"Legally carrying a firearm is not the same as brandishing a firearm. I support American’s 1st and 4th amendment rights. There is nothing wrong with legally peacefully protesting and videoing," she wrote.

"I think that there are too many Americans who are being asked to not believe their own eyes," the New York City mayor told ABC.

Orbin Mauricio Henríquez Serrano's violent arrest went viral and he wants the world to know what happened.

“We have got children in Minnesota hiding in their houses, afraid to go outside,” the governor said during a speech.
