No. They should be strengthened, to help reverse the damage of the past. Critical Race Theory should be mandatory in schools, and diversity training should be required for all companies.

Yes, hiring should be based on quality and adequacy for a job, their qualifications should be how someone is hired, not based on their race, gender, etc. Of course, there should be anti-discriminatory hiring practices like if someone is this race and have the same qualifications as another one should not be favored over the other
