Thank you to Airbnb for partnering with us to bring a beautiful new mini-pitch to Harvey Milk Civil Rights Academy of San Francisco Unified School District! Through its FIFA World Cup 2026™ Host City Impact Program, Airbnb is donating more than $1.2 million to communities across California. SCORES is proud to serve as a local partner in this community-driven initiative, which strengthens neighborhoods, expands access to outdoor recreation, and creates meaningful experiences for residents ahead of and during the tournament. Yesterday, we celebrated the unveiling of the new mini-pitch with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, where our Poet-Athletes had the exciting opportunity to take the field with professional soccer stars including Olympic champion Megan Rapinoe! Thank you again to Airbnb for making these joyful moments possible and for supporting safe, accessible play spaces for youth in our community.

Today, we broke ground on one of the five soccer pitches Airbnb is building across New York and New Jersey — starting at P.S. 112 in The Bronx. These are new, safe spaces where young people can come after school and be part of the legacy that will define the FIFA World Cup 2026™. That’s why these pitches are also going to schools across the New York and New Jersey region: 📍 Florence Avenue Elementary in Irvington, NJ 📍 M.S. K394 in Brooklyn 📍 P.S. 102 Bayview in Queens 📍 P.S. R373 in Staten Island 📍 P.S. 112 Bronxwood in The Bronx Our children and teenagers deserve not only to be inspired by the athletes on their screens, but also to play and live the game. At Airbnb, we believe these moments should be shared. Thanks to our partners at U.S. Soccer Foundation, FIFA World Cup 26™ New York New Jersey, and NYC Public Schools for helping make this a reality and making sure our young people have a field where they can play. https://lnkd.in/eFamyGgc

K-pop. K-dramas. K-beauty. Korean culture isn't just entertainment, it's a travel catalyst. In a new study, 94% of visitors and prospective travelers say K-culture influenced their interest in visiting Korea. K-pop is a particularly powerful draw for younger travelers, with Gen Z nearly twice as likely as the general population to name it as a primary reason to visit. But whether those trips happen depends on accommodation. More than half of young prospective travelers say homestay availability is an important factor in whether they actually book. That's why Airbnb continues to connect travelers to Korean culture, like our recent collaboration with CORTIS, bringing fans closer to the artists they love and turning that passion into deeper travel to Korea. https://lnkd.in/eJK2Kdpc

When the biggest sporting event on earth arrives in New York and New Jersey, the next generation of fans will be there to see it.
