Progress continues at the future Hampton Inn Baton Rouge, LA as construction teams advance work throughout the building. Recent activity included continued exterior storefront installation, interior framing and support work, HVAC and ventilation system installation, drainage work, and fire protection system progress. The project also welcomed an on-site architect visit as crews across several trades continue collaborating to keep the development moving forward efficiently and on schedule. We’re continuing to make strong strides on-site as this project comes to life: • Electrical work is advancing with panel installation in the main electrical room and conduit routing underway on the first floor • HVAC ductwork is in progress on the first floor, with close coordination across trades to keep everything aligned Looking ahead, our teams will continue building momentum with ongoing electrical and HVAC work, framing punch list items, and exterior façade progress as weather allows.
