In recognition of #ConstructionSafetyWeek, teams across our organization came together to reinforce our continued commitment to Incident and Injury Free (IIF) work, marked by this year’s theme, “All In Together.” Focusing on the pillars of Recognize, Respond, and Respect, safety stand downs were held at all new construction sites, giving teams time to pause work, discuss potential hazards, and align on planning and controls. These conversations reinforced the importance of early hazard recognition, strong pre-planning, and shared responsibility to reassess and adapt when conditions change, strengthening our commitment to safety every day. 🦺

Associates in the Pacific Northwest came together for Vollapalooza to give back in a big way, putting our values into action alongside local nonprofit partners. From preparing meals at Ronald McDonald House Charities and supporting Treehouse's work for youth in foster care to helping with a cleanup at the Danny Woo Community Garden, creating birthday cards through Birthday Dreams, and lending a hand at the Sammamish Animal Sanctuary, the impact was felt across our local communities. We’re proud of those involved for showing what #AVBSpiritofCaring looks like in action. 💙
