Something is not allowing me to think clearly. I feel cloudedness. I don't have clarity. Why am I questioning my decision-making so much? Why can't I just make a decision and move on with it? If you've ever felt like this, you're not alone. The most important negotiation is often the one happening internally. Join us for our Stress & Energy Reset retreat on June 4 - 7, 2026 at Canyon Ranch Lenox, where Mori Taheripour, Jessica Corbin and SORCE will guide leaders through a restorative experience to help recognize your body’s stress signals and reclaim control of your energy. What’s the most overrated wellness trend right now? Cold plunges? Supplements? Wearables? Biohacking? The “perfect” morning routine? We asked Dr. Sadie Elisseou, MD - general internist in the VA healthcare system and instructor at Harvard Medical School - to answer rapid-fire wellness questions with our Chief Health & Performance Officer Jennifer Wagner. Their answers might surprise you. We want to hear from you: what wellness trend do you think gets way more attention than it deserves? #Wellness #HealthTrends #Longevity #WorkplaceWellbeing #CanyonRanch #WellnessRetreats

A friendly reminder on this Monday - When you’re constantly hard on yourself, your brain stays in a state of high alert. This tricks your immune system into thinking there’s a physical threat it needs to fight. This keeps your inflammation switch flipped to the *on* position. Over time, that internal friction wears down your body... ...which is why stress is often linked to long-term issues like heart disease, chronic pain and digestive trouble. Don’t forget: being kind to yourself is a vital part of your physical health. https://lnkd.in/gpJjzk4B

Last week was a huge milestone for Ultraceuticals in the US as we were honoured to collaborate with Canyon Ranch across a 4-day ‘Enchant Retreat’ programme. Canyon Ranch is probably not a new name to many, as the OG wellness destination, at the leading edge of longevity and wellbeing. It is the perfect place for guests to discover and experience Ultraceuticals. Together, we brought our treatment-led philosophy to life through masterclasses, advanced facial treatments and deeply immersive skin experiences. This collaboration was a defining step in building an Ultraceuticals community in the US. From clinical education to delivering visible results in real time, we were so proud to decode skin longevity at one of the world’s most trusted wellness destinations. Thanks to all at Canyon Ranch for the opportunity to work together, and to our amazing team Katie Matten Jennifer Lin for creating such an amazing experience for guests to discover us. Why Canyon Ranch Is Winning at Spa & Wellness Events Have you ever hosted a spa event that just felt a little… flat? Brand reps set up, waiting. Guests passing through. The calendar is full, but it’s not really driving business or guest engagement. Then I spent time at Canyon Ranch Tucson for their Enchant Beauty & Wellness Festival, and experienced what a high-performing wellness event actually looks like from the guest side. The difference is simple: This isn’t just an event. It’s a growth strategy Guests aren’t just walking through. They’re moving between mini treatments, expert panels, brand activations, and masterclasses. They’re asking questions. Engaging. Participating. And somehow, it all still feels like wellness. That’s not easy to do. What stood out most wasn’t just the programming. It was guest loyalty. I met guests who have attended every Enchant event. Now they’re bringing their sisters, their friends, and planning trips around it. One woman celebrating her 83rd birthday brought over a dozen friends and was guiding them into the gifting suite with pure excitement. That’s not just a good event. That’s repeat business and customer retention. The difference comes down to this: They’re not just inviting brands. They’re activating brand partnerships. Partners like Therabody, ENVIRON SKIN CARE, Naturopathica, and Bathorium™ aren’t sitting behind tables. They’re teaching, demonstrating, and interacting with guests. Think: A facial masterclass with ENVIRON SKIN CARE Nap Yoga sessions with Drowsy Sleep Co A Recovery Zone powered by Therabody Guests aren’t just seeing products. They’re experiencing them, building trust, and connecting with the brand. And that’s what keeps them coming back. If you’re a spa leader or wellness operator, here’s the takeaway: -Bring your brand partners into the experiences outside the spa, not just in retail -Start building anticipation earlier; great events take planning -Be really thoughtful about the brand partners you bring in; they should support you, collaborate with you, and help bring ideas to life Spa and wellness events are one of the most powerful tools for building guest loyalty and driving repeat visits. Are you planning events… or designing them for repeat guests? Congratulations, Katie Mulligan and Courtney Murray and the entire Canyon Ranch Team for such a successful event of over 100 guests! Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, Team LIVE LOVE SPA. Watch out for their new Austin property coming soon! Marissa Baretich, Jackie Flory, Ellen McGinnis

“Do you actually like offsites? Am I the only one who finds them more draining than motivating?” - a user in r/careeradvice Well they’re not wrong. And if you’re nodding your head in agreement, maybe it’s time to do something different. For your next team offsite, why not swap the fluorescent lights for a wellness resort? Feel free to steal our itinerary below: 9:00 AM – The Morning Table (Breakfast) A healthy breakfast to settle in and start the day. 10:00 AM – The Exhale (Breathwork) A guided breathwork session to quiet the noise and bring the mind into clearer focus. 11:00 AM – Fresh Perspective (Strategy Session) A thoughtful working session in a landscape-inspired setting that sharpens ideas and clears priorities. 12:00 PM – The Midday Table (Lunch) A relaxed lunch to refuel. 1:30 PM – Your Time (1:1 Services / Personal Wellness Time) Choose your own path to clarity through services like DEXA, VO2 max, acupuncture, astrocartography or reiki. 4:00 PM – Choose Your Path (Open Afternoon) A second stretch of personal time for private services, movement, recovery or rest. All designed to support clearer thinking and deeper well-being. 5:30 PM – Golden Hour Notes (Reflection Session) A moment to pause and notice what feels clearer at the close of the day. 6:30 PM – Around the Table (Dinner) A shared dinner that brings everyone back together with room for real conversation over forced connection. 7:00 PM – The Evening, Yours (Evening at Leisure) An open evening to unwind and end the day with the rare luxury of space to think clearly. And if you’re interested in exploring what a team offsite could look like at Canyon Ranch, check out The Summit - a curated 4-night corporate retreat for teams who want to walk away with clarity. https://bit.ly/3QFc4tv

Squeeze! Squeeze! Squeeze!!! 🍊 💪 What a weekend. 2,000 women converged on the Livelong Media™ Women's Health Summit in San Francisco to take control of their health and wellness. Thank you to the hundreds of women who stopped by our booth to test their grip strength. Did you know that grip strength is used as a proxy for whole-body vitality? It’s a snapshot of everything from muscle mass to heart health. And the fun didn’t end there. Our Chief Health & Performance Officer Dr. Jennifer Wagner hit the mainstage with the incredible Stacy T. Sims, PhD, Rebecca Rusch and Roma Van der Walt. Their panel "The Power of Muscles" was a masterclass in why building strength is the foundation for a long, vibrant life. Tell us - do you know your grip strength?

There is a cruel paradox of high-functioning burnout. The women who need a reset the most are too fried and overwhelmed to do anything about it. She's running a team, a household, a calendar that three other people also have access to. She's the one everyone escalates to. Her brain is doing 40 open tabs worth of work before 7 a.m. The idea of stepping away to get some sense of balance—researching the trip, justifying the spend, clearing the calendar, planning how her team and family will manage—feels like one more thing on a pile that's already crushing her. 😵💫 So she doesn't! She tells herself she'll figure it out next quarter. Next quarter she's more tired. I can tell you from experience what's on the other side of actually going, because I've overcome those "book the trip!" challenges. When I'm at Canyon Ranch, I get a full reset from the inside out. I come home balanced, capable, and clearer. And the benefits continue with my work, when I'm making better decisions, taking better care of myself, and performing at a peak level I couldn't access when I was fried. The tools come home with you!! 🚀 Canyon Ranch Lenox built a four-day retreat (June 4–6) called Stress, Energy & Resilience that's a pre-made decision. Physician consults (Jennifer Wagner approved!). Nervous system regulation. Lectures on how to expertly navigate high-stress conversations and situations. Contrast therapy (life-changing). Spa services (get the Neuromuscular Trigger Therapy massage!). Nourishing meals (so much fiber you'll float home). You don't design the experience you need—you show up for one that's been thoughtfully built for your burnout. If you saw yourself in the first half of this post, that's your sign. Register for the retreat before the pile gets any bigger. Go while the version of you reading this still has it in her. I promise you will be SO glad you did. Link is in the comments below to...Book.
