We believe real estate can shape culture, and the Latika campus is a powerful expression of that belief. Latika a nonprofit in Dehradun, India, has spent over 30 years supporting children with disabilities through education, therapy, and community, offering a sense of belonging for families who often have nowhere else to turn. When they set out to build a new inclusive campus, we were proud to support the journey with seed funding and pro bono project management. Along the way, our people and like-minded partners came together to help bring the vision to life. The result is a 56,000 sq ft accessibility-first campus designed to serve more than 1,500 children and families, with inclusive classrooms, therapy spaces, vocational training areas, and barrier-free design throughout. In India, more than 26 million people live with disabilities, yet inclusive infrastructure remains limited. We hope the Latika campus is one step toward changing that. Thank you to our people, partners, and especially the Latika team for trusting us to bring this vision to life.
