Proud to see our parent company, GrubMarket Inc., named to TIME’s TIME100 Companies Industry Leaders list. This recognition highlights companies not just building technology, but reshaping entire industries. What stands out is the why behind it. The food supply chain is being rebuilt, shifting from fragmented and offline to connected, data-driven, and more efficient for everyone involved. At Good Eggs, we see that impact every day. It means going deeper with our producers, sourcing more thoughtfully, and bringing customers food that’s truly in season and at its peak. It also reflects a bigger commitment to the future of food, from investing in sustainability and reforestation to supporting farmers as they transition to organic and regenerative practices. We believe good food is the most powerful force for change
About us
At our core, we represent really good groceries, impeccable quality, curated selections and exceptional service. Picked yesterday, baked this morning, by the people we know and trust. We go straight to the source and bring only the best right to you. The Four C’s are the foundational pillars that connect us with our customers. Celebration - We celebrate radical freshness. This is food as it’s meant to be, responsibly-sourced from trusted growers and producers who share our passion for radical freshness and impeccable quality. Curation - We curate impeccable quality. We talk to Master Producers, visit their farms and shops, and taste-test their products to make sure everything meets our meticulous standards of quality, flavor, and ethical business practices. Connection - We connect through the joy of food. Whether you’re sourcing a special ingredient, meal planning for the week, or hosting a dinner celebration, food brings us together with those we love. Convenience - Quality without question. Convenience without compromise. In a world where easy-to-get food is often not easy-to-love food, count on us to deliver both. We’re Good Eggs.

How do you fix a broken food system? Great to see Mike and team recognized here. As part of the GrubMarket Inc. network, Good Eggs sees it most in the details, like our close relationships with producers, stronger sourcing, and more of what’s in season. https://lnkd.in/gQdsWjmE
Today, GrubMarket Inc. was announced as one of the most influential companies by TIME. We are proud to be part of America's food supply chain industry and help make this essential industry more visible. https://lnkd.in/gQdsWjmE GrubMarket The food industry's operating system GrubMarket makes software that helps food wholesalers track the price of mangoes and issue PTO requests. It also happens to be the largest private food technology company in the United States, valued at $4.5 billion. Since the pandemic, the San Francisco-based company, founded by Mike Xu, has been on a dizzying acquisitions spree, gobbling up dozens of food wholesalers and distributors—companies that supply tropical fruits to Walmart and tomatoes to In-N-Out Burger—and converting them into modern e-commerce operations running on its AI-powered WholesaleWare platform, which automates everything from ordering and pricing to demand forecasting for perishable goods. The strategy has given GrubMarket a growing stake in the food supply chain itself, not just the technology running it. "Much of the American food supply chain industry didn't use any software other than Quickbooks," says Xu. Online grocery platforms like Good Eggs, which peaked during the pandemic, have been another acquisition target, giving GrubMarket a ready-made consumer base and a trove of purchasing data to feed its forecasting tools. #buildgreatcompany https://lnkd.in/gik6UVSr

Most climate conversations focus on what needs to change. This week is about how we actually do it. We’re showing up at Earth Summit hosted by Commons at ThredUp during SF climate week a simple belief: everyday choices can be one of the most powerful levers for impact. At Good Eggs, that means building a supply chain that prioritizes local farms, peak-season sourcing, and a shorter path from producer to your door. Join us in Oakland for two days of ideas, connection, and real conversations around the future of food and climate. What to expect from us: • Peak-season California produce, sourced close to home • A grazing table built around what’s fresh right now • A look at how grocery decisions can support a better system If you're thinking about climate and circularity, this is the room to be in. 🎟️ Get tickets: https://lnkd.in/gy4UYk2X 📍 Hosted by Commons at ThredUp, Oakland 📅 April 21–22 #SFClimateWeek #EarthSummit #GoodEggs #ClimateAction #FoodSystems #Oakland

Kicking off Earth Month with a short segment to share what Good Eggs is all about. Good Eggs isn’t just a grocery delivery service- it’s an online farmers market built on a simple but powerful idea: connect people directly with local, regenerative farmers. No middleman. No unnecessary warehousing. Just fresh food, less waste, and a better food system. And the impact is real: 📦 The US wastes nearly 60 million tons of food every year — almost 40% of everything we produce 🌎 Food waste drives 8% of global greenhouse gas emissions Grocery delivery produces up to 30% fewer carbon emissions than driving to the store 🚛 From recyclable packaging to regenerative farming partnerships, every part of Good Eggs is designed with the planet in mind. Proud to be part of a company that walks the talk- and excited to bring that story to a wider audience this Earth Month. #EarthMonth #GoodEggs #Sustainability #RegenerativeFarming #BetterFoodSystem #FoodWaste
Kicking off Earth Month with a short segment on Live in the Bay! 🌱 At Good Eggs, we believe a better food system starts with a shorter path from farm to table. By working more directly with local farmers and producers, we can help deliver fresher food with less waste along the way. Food waste is responsible for roughly 8 to 10% of global greenhouse gas emissions, which is why building a smarter food system matters. From recyclable packaging to partnerships with local growers using regenerative practices to our culinary program, we are always working toward a food system that is better for the planet and better for the people it feeds. This Earth Month, we are proud to share our story and the work behind a more sustainable way to shop. https://lnkd.in/gf6KskDG
