Focus on real, nutrient-dense, whole foods that help people thrive, not just survive.

About us

At Paleovalley, we believe health starts with what you put in your body, and we believe real food still matters. Our company was founded by Dr. Autumn Smith and Chas Smith after their own personal journey of healing and discovering the transformative power of nutrition. What began as a passion for ancestral health grew into a mission to help others feel better, live stronger, and take ownership of their wellbeing. Today, we create nutrient-dense snacks and supplements made with simple, intentional ingredients. From our grass-fed beef sticks to our superfood bars and thoughtfully formulated supplements, we are committed to making products we would proudly give to our own families. We do not cut corners, we do not hide behind trendy marketing, and we do not compromise on ingredient quality. What we make reflects what we believe. What makes Paleovalley special, though, is not just our products. It is our people. We are a team of thoughtful, driven humans who care deeply about our customers and about building something meaningful together. Our leaders are hands-on and genuinely invested in the company we are creating and the people helping build it. We value integrity, ownership, humility, growth, and doing the right thing even when it is harder. We work hard, we hold a high standard, and we support one another along the way. We are not trying to be the biggest company in our space. We are focused on being the most trusted. If you are someone who takes pride in your work, wants to grow, cares about health and impact, and is excited to contribute to a mission that truly matters, Paleovalley may be the place for you.

  • 🎉Help us celebrate 1 Year with Erik Weinberg at Paleovalley and Wild Pastures! This week marks Erik Weinberg’s first anniversary as our Senior Manager of Transportation & Logistics at Paleovalley & Wild Pastures—and what a year it’s been. Based in Parrish, Florida, 🌴 Erik plays a critical role in keeping everything moving behind the scenes—overseeing our transportation network and shipping strategy to ensure orders get from our facilities to our customers efficiently, reliably, and cost-effectively. What’s been especially meaningful is the personal impact this role has had. Erik shared that before joining the team, he didn’t think as deeply about food quality—but being at Paleovalley has shifted that perspective. Today, he’s more intentional about ingredients, sourcing, and how food supports everyday health. Before his time here, Erik spent 9 years in the Air Force as an aerial gunner and transportation specialist—bringing that same level of precision and discipline into his work today. When he’s not optimizing logistics, you can probably find him working toward visiting every MLB ballpark (just 3 left to go ⚾️). And his go-to product? Beef sticks—simple, high-protein, and always within reach between meetings or while traveling. 🐮 🧳 Erik, we’re grateful for the impact you’ve made this past year—from strengthening our operations to supporting our growth and customer experience. Excited for what’s ahead! 👏 Let's celebrate Erik today in the comments! 🙌 🥳 👇

Today we are celebrating 3 Years of Monica Acevedo — We’re Lucky to Have Her 💚 Monica is our Director of Customer Service—and truly the backbone of our customer relationships, AND this year she will be speaking at the Customer Contact Week Conference on behalf of Paleovalley (rockstar behavior)! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Based in New Jersey (born and raised!), Monica supports both Paleovalley and Wild Pastures, leading our CS team, handling escalations, coaching leaders, and making sure our customer experience stays strong day in and day out. She’s one of those people who just gets it—she cares deeply about her team, our customers, and doing things the right way. That kind of consistency and heart is what makes her such a key member of Paleovalley and such an important part of what we do. Outside of work, she’s a mom of three, married to her high school sweetheart, and a big Disney World fan (annual trips are a must ✨).🐭⭐️ Current favorite at Paleovalley: 💤 Superfood Sleep Protein—her go-to for winding down at night. Monica, we’re so grateful for everything you bring to the team. Here’s to 3 amazing years and many more ahead 💫 💚 Give Monica a round of 👏 in the comments! 👇 #CCWVegas #paleovalley #wildpastures #teamcelebrations #customersupportexcellence

Last week, we went behind the scenes with the team that brings Paleovalley products to life—and it was a powerful reminder of why every detail matters. A few team members had the chance to get out of the usual routine and spend time on site with one of the teams that quite literally brings Paleovalley products to life—and it was one of those experiences that reminds you how much effort and care it takes to create high-quality products. Our team member, Taylor Hahn, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, MSOM flew into Phoenix/Mesa on Thursday morning and kicked things off by taking the Mesa leadership team to Topgolf. It ended up being a smaller crew (shoutout to the two who couldn’t make it—we missed you!), but getting that time face-to-face, outside of the day-to-day, was invaluable. From left to right in the photos: Billy Miller (Maintenance Manager) Sergio Aguiñiga (General Manager, Mesa) Taylor Hahn, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, MSOM Andrew Wright (Warehouse Manager) John Etchart (Co-Founder and COO at Paleovalley + Wild Pastures) Newton Henderson IV (Quality Assurance Manager) We spent the next day onsite at the facility, walking through the process of how our bone broth (and beef tallow) is made—from start to finish. You can read about processes all day, but seeing it in person is a completely different level of appreciation. A few highlights: Observing the separation of broth and fat, and how the fat is cooled and turned into beef tallow Getting a look at the filtration and concentration process (including reverse osmosis—where we literally drank the water coming out of the machine) And the wildest part: watching the broth transform from liquid into powder on a massive heated drum, where it’s dried and turned into the final product! It’s easy to take a finished product for granted—but there’s an incredible amount of precision, care, and teamwork behind every step. Huge thank you to the Mesa team for the time, the walkthrough, and the pride you clearly take in your work. It shows in the final product.

  • This Earth Day, we’re going back to the source—because how our food and supplements are produced matters. 🌍 At Paleovalley and Wild Pastures, sustainability isn’t a trend—it’s a responsibility. That’s why we partner with American regenerative farms that prioritize: 🌳Soil health 🧪Biodiversity 🌎Ecological restoration Real food should do more than nourish our bodies—it should help protect the planet and support future generations. This Earth Day, we’re proud to stand behind a food system that prioritizes both human health and environmental health. #EarthDay2026 #Sustainability #RegenerativeFarming #FoodSystems #ClimateAction #Paleovalley #WildPastures

Redefining the Nightcap: Paleovalley’s New Launch with Somato® is a Game-Changer for the Sleep Ritual. 🌙✨ At Nutraland USA, Inc., our mission is to provide the "whole-food" bridge between nature and modern supplementation. Today, we are thrilled to celebrate a partner who shares that exact vision: Paleovalley. With the launch of their Superfood Sleep Protein, Paleovalley is moving beyond the standard pill-and-water routine to create a proactive, nutrient-dense nighttime ritual. What makes this formulation unique? 🥤 A New Way to Rest: This launch showcases the versatility of Somato® in functional powders. Paleovalley has crafted a delicious Strawberries & Cream evening drink that turns "sleep hygiene" into a delicious ritual. ☕ Synergy in a Mug: By combining 7g of grass-fed bone broth protein—rich in relaxing glycine—with the natural power of Somato®, this formula supports overnight recovery and circadian balance simultaneously. 🍲 The "Real Food" Standard: Paleovalley's commitment to avoiding synthetic melatonin echoes our own 'whole-food' philosophy. Together, we’re proving that nature already has the perfect answer for restorative rest. Congratulations to the entire Paleovalley team on this innovation.
