We’re highlighting Caroline Garnarr from our RAPP UK office as our Individual of the Week. Caroline is Head of Content Writing and will celebrate 10 years with RAPP next month. Outside of work, she enjoys lazy days at home with her family, sunny drinks with friends, and spending time with her 6-year-old, who she says "never fails to make me belly laugh and gives the best cuddles." A project she’s particularly excited about right now is an AI tool called the Empathy Engine, which helps craft messaging that’s emotionally resonant and culturally relevant. "I think everyone’s obsessed with how AI makes us more efficient, when the real sweet spot is how it can help make our work more effective," she says.
