It was great to be part of Reuters NEXT – such a thoughtful conversation about what’s really happening with today’s consumer. ✨ Sitting alongside Joanne Crevoiserat (Tapestry) and Neil Blumenthal (Warby Parker) reminded me how quickly the world is shifting, and how important it is for brands to stay close to the people we serve. Even with tariffs, inflation and changing life stages, The Honest Company, we continue to see something powerful: resiliency. Families are still choosing the clean, sensitive-skin products they trust – sometimes in new sizes or formats, but with the same conviction. A few reflections that stayed with me 💭 The consumer is resilient – and paying attention. Value is about trust as much as price. Curiosity is key.
