Last night, we kicked off #ISPOR2026 in Philadelphia with leaders across life sciences and healthcare for an evening focused on connecting ideas, data, and people. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the event such a success 👏 It was an energizing start to the week with great conversations around real-world evidence, HEOR, and the future of data-driven healthcare decision-making. Attending ISPOR? Don’t forget to stop by our booth (#505) to say hello 👋 We’d love to connect and share how Truveta can help advance evidence generation at scale. Clinical AI is accelerating access to medical evidence in powerful ways. But clinicians also need answers grounded in the experiences of patients who resemble the ones sitting in front of them. In this piece, Truveta President and Chief Scientific Officer Johnathan M. Lancaster, MD PhD explores why the future of clinical decision support will combine published literature with real-world data—bringing together published literature and real-time insights from Truveta Intelligence to help clinicians get faster, more contextual answers at the point of care.
The future of clinical AI has to combine published evidence with real-world data. New AI tools are changing how physicians access the literature, but the next step is bringing that evidence into context with patients who actually look like the ones we treat every day.

Our fourth annual symposium brought together leaders across healthcare for a packed week of discussion, collaboration, and connection in Seattle 📍 From mainstage discussions to hands-on demos and candid conversations, the focus was on how we move faster from data to evidence and from insight to impact for patients. Check out this recap from Truveta Symposium 2026 ⬇️

At Truveta Symposium 2026, we unveiled Truveta Intelligence: a new, AI-powered experience that delivers real-time insights from continuously refreshed, real-world data in minutes, not months. We sat down with team members from across the organization to ask them about how Intelligence can help shorten timelines between question and answer. With each answer, you get data-backed intelligence built on the 130 million patient records in Truveta Data. Learn more: https://tr.vet/435Ihgv

⏰ Just a few days left until #ISPOR2026 kicks off, and we're excited to share the research from our engineering team that we'll be presenting at the event. From zero-shot lung cancer risk prediction to modeling oncology patient journeys and advancing approaches for cancer screening and data completeness, we can't wait to share the findings next week. 🔗 Learn more about Truveta's ISPOR activities: https://tr.vet/4n9ONfG ISPOR—The Professional Society for Health Economics and Outcomes Research

Hantavirus is extremely rare in the US, but in documented clinical cases, hospitalization can happen quickly. After recent hantavirus headlines, Truveta Research analyzed documented diagnoses of hantavirus in Truveta Data from 2018 through April 2026. Key findings: 🔎Researchers identified 151 patients with documented hantavirus diagnoses—roughly 0.3 cases per 1 million patients seeking care each quarter. 🏥Nearly half had evidence of hospitalization within 14 days. ⌛Among those hospitalized, 85% were hospitalized prior to or within the first week of diagnosis. Read the analysis: https://tr.vet/4wsdN5T For a look at how this question moved from Truveta Intelligence to Truveta Research, read Terry Myerson’s perspective: https://tr.vet/4d5ch21

Collaboration is essential to advancing the next generation of clinical AI. We’re pleased to support Knit Health as they introduce their Large Clinical Behavior Model (LCBM), designed to learn from real-world care patterns and help health systems better coordinate care. Truveta’s role in this work is providing high-quality, de-identified patient journey data to help ensure models are grounded in how care is actually delivered across diverse clinical settings. We look forward to continued collaboration that responsibly accelerates innovation and improves patient outcomes. Learn more: https://tr.vet/48SnRen
Healthcare LLMs are typically trained on textbooks. But real medicine happens in the nuance of a doctor’s decision, the timing of a referral, and the orchestration of a care plan. Today we are introducing Knit Health. We’re building the first Large Clinical Behavior Model (LCBM), trained on over 130 million patient journeys. Instead of just recovering facts from a page, Knit learns from how the best clinicians actually practice. It’s a unified intelligence layer designed to help health systems coordinate care without adding administrative weight. Ultimately, we're building a healthcare world model — one that understands how patients, clinicians, workflows, and constraints interact across real care environments, dynamically and at scale. We are proud to announce $11.6M in seed funding led by Uncork Capital, Frist Cressey Ventures, Moxxie Ventures, and Coalition Operators to scale this vision. The future of healthcare isn't just about better data. It’s about better judgment. Read more in Endpoints News or visit knit.health.
