The team is currently working to update a comprehensive bicycle master plan for Howard County, MD to guide the County’s bicycle network development and policies over the next decade. We’re pleased to welcome Stephen Jerrick, P.E., Assoc. DBIA to RK&K as Senior Project Delivery Leader for our Washington, DC office. Steve brings more than 24 years of experience delivering complex transportation and infrastructure projects, with expertise spanning planning, design, construction, and program management. Most recently, he served in a senior leadership role in the District, managing high‑profile, citywide engineering and capital projects while coordinating with local, state, and federal partners and community stakeholders.
