Role Overview
Steer Health is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive with a proven track record of selling healthcare technology into health systems, hospitals, and large medical groups.
This is a hunter role focused on new logo acquisition, while also expanding and growing existing enterprise accounts. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close navigating long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and rigorous procurement processes.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, consultative healthcare sales environments and can confidently engage C-suite executives.
What You'll Be Doing
Own and close new enterprise healthcare deals while expanding existing accounts
Build and manage relationships with senior healthcare leaders including CMOs, CNOs, CIOs, CMIOs, and CFOs
Navigate complex buying committees including clinical, IT, security, compliance, finance, and procurement
Drive consultative, value-based sales cycles from discovery through contract execution
Forecast pipeline, bookings, and revenue with accuracy and discipline
Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and marketing collaboration
Lead in-person and virtual executive presentations, demos, and proposal discussions
Travel as needed to support enterprise sales motions and onsite meetings
Educate healthcare buyers on AI-powered automation and its operational and financial impact
Stay current on healthcare trends, workflows, regulatory realities, and competitive landscape

3+ years selling SaaS, cloud, mobile, or healthcare technology solutions
