Job Summary:

A top‑tier international law firm is searching for an experienced Billing Manager to join its Accounting Department. This is a leadership role with firmwide impact and visibility.

The Billing Manager will oversee the firmwide eBilling function, ensuring accurate and timely invoice submission across multiple client‑mandated platforms. This role is ideal for a seasoned eBilling professional who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and partnering closely with Billing and Accounting leadership to drive efficiency and compliance.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the firmwide eBilling process to ensure timely and accurate invoice submissions
• Monitor billing deadlines and ensure compliance with client billing guidelines and contractual requirements
• Develop, implement, and maintain consistent eBilling best practices across all offices
• Evaluate and enhance existing workflows, focusing on automation and operational efficiency
• Supervise, mentor, and develop eBilling team members
• Partner with the Director of Billing and Collections on hiring, training, and performance management
• Support special projects, including new software implementations and process initiatives
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion with sensitive firm and client information

What They’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a senior finance, accounting, or eBilling role within an international law firm
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong technology aptitude
• Advanced knowledge of eBillingHub required
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time‑management skills
• Proven customer‑service mindset and commitment to quality and teamwork
