Location: Remote (U.S. based)
Reports To: Chief Commercial Officer
Travel: Up to 50% (domestic)

Position Overview
The Clinical Sleep & Operations Specialist serves in a hybrid role encompassing clinical sales support, post-sale operations, training, and engagement with patients, providers, and clinic staff. You will be the frontline clinical expert representing Dormotech’s technology to healthcare providers, ensuring smooth adoption, implementation, and ongoing utilization. This position requires a unique blend of clinical expertise, operational acumen, and strong customer engagement capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
•Serve as the clinical subject matter expert for Dormotech’s diagnostic devices and technology platform.
•Provide clinical and operational support during pre- and post-sales activities, including onboarding and training healthcare providers, clinic staff and patients.
•Coordinate device deployments, remote and in-person training, technical troubleshooting, and clinical inquiries.
•Works closely with sales, operations, and R&D teams to ensure client feedback informs continuous improvement.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clinical research initiatives and case studies.
•Drive customer satisfaction and engagement through education, communication, and operational excellence.
•Present at conferences and trade shows to promote Dormotech’s clinical and operational value proposition.
•Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and report on key clinical and operational KPIs.
•Meet with current and prospective healthcare partners to understand their clinical needs and goals and demonstrate how Dormotech’s solutions can support patient care and practice objectives.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Respiratory Therapy, Nursing or related field.
•Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sleep diagnostics, respiratory care, or digital health medical device field.
•Completion of an accredited program/degree in respiratory care preferred.
•Proven experience providing clinical training and support in a remote and in-person environment.
•Strong understanding of home sleep apnea testing (HST) and Polysomnography (PSG) testing, EEG experience a plus.
•Excellent verbal and written communications skills with a focus on customer experience and engagement.
•Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects or accounts simultaneously.
•Familiarity with clinical workflows, reimbursement models, and EMR systems is a plus.
•Experience with CRM tools is preferred.
Preferred Skills
•Previous experience working in startup or early-stage medical device or SaaS company.
•Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards relevant to home sleep diagnostics and polysomnography-based sleep studies.
•Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
•Passion for improving patient outcomes and addressing underserved markets in sleep medicine.
