The conference hall on the ground floor of the MZK is a modern, fully air-conditioned and barrier-free space, ideal for organizing various events. There is a cloakroom, free Wi-Fi and a kitchenette (use on request). Eating in the hall is not allowed, but cold food can be served in a reserved area by arrangement.

  • Full-day rental including data projector, screen and flipchart - 11,000 CZK
  • Rental for the first 3 hours including data projector, screen and flipchart - 6,000 CZK
  • Rental for each additional started hour - 1,200 CZK

Prices include VAT at the applicable rate. A rental agreement for the conference hall of the MZK is drawn up.

It is necessary to arrange the rental as far in advance as possible (at least 2 months before the event), many dates are blocked for MZK events. The lessor does not provide promotion of commercial events. Training is required to operate the equipment. There will be no technician present during the event.

  • The conference hall is fully air-conditioned and wheelchair accessible.
  • There is a changing room, ladies' and gents' toilets.
  • Free WIFI connection.
  • The conference hall includes facilities with a kitchenette and relevant equipment (use possible after prior arrangement with the landlord).
  • Eating in the hall is not possible. We do not provide catering and other services (e.g. cultural program). If the client arranges cold cuisine (e.g. through a catering company), it can be served in a reserved area after prior agreement with the landlord.
  • The conference room is located on the ground floor of the library building; the quiet zone in the entrance hall must be respected.
  • The MZK building is located on a busy road, with limited parking options directly next to the building. For larger vehicles, there is a paid parking lot in front of the VUT Brno building, about a five-minute walk from the MZK.
  • Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the MZK.
  • After the event, it is necessary to return the conference hall to its original layout.
  • The rental price can also be negotiated individually.
