I have a question about my home delivery

Things to know about our delivery service:

Carrier delivery only:
Most papers arrive early morning (typically by 6:00 a.m. weekdays and 7:00 a.m. on weekends); however inclement weather, traffic and unforeseen issues may arise that are beyond our control.

Mail subscriptions only:
If you do not receive your paper in the mail, it could be due to a post office issue. Please check with your local post office first.

Redelivery requests:
If you have a missed or damaged paper, please reach out to our Subscriber Services team with your name, delivery address and the issue you’re experiencing.

How can I schedule a vacation hold or delivery pause? (Print subscribers only)

Schedule an upcoming vacation hold through your account by visiting your subscription dashboard.

Vacation holds/subscription pauses must be received at least TWO business days from the start date of the hold/pause to ensure enough time for the paper to be stopped.

All subscribers of the print product receive digital access to our website, the E-Paper and all tablet and mobile applications. While away on vacation, subscribers may stop service of their print subscription, but the digital service will remain available. Therefore, the daily print charge will continue for digital service. Subscribers can elect to have all newspapers delivered in a “vacation package” upon their return.

How do I cancel my subscription?

  • To cancel or disable auto-renewal, you’ll need to go to “Subscription/Access” to submit the request.

Print subscribers can use the following links to submit a cancellation request based on the publication they wish to edit. Please note that you will be prompted to verify your subscription before you can make this request.

How can I access your archives?

The most recent 30 days of newspaper archives are available to print and digital subscribers through the E-Paper. To access the E-Paper use the link on the upper left hand corner of the home page. Archives older than 30 days are available at additional charges. Please click on the Archives link under Customer Service for pricing and other information.

How do I use the rewards?

  1. Visit postandcourier.com/Rewards and click the “Register Now” if this is the first time you’re using the rewards — or — if you are a returning subscriber
  2. Enter the one-time activation code
    • If you need your code, contact Subscriber Services.
  3. Set up your login and password (this will be a separate login than your subscription account login).
  4. Once your login is set up, you can visit postandcourier.com/Rewards each time you want to use the deals and offers.

Once I subscribe or activate my digital access, when will I receive my activation code for the rewards program?
