Mari Uusmaa
Board Member
Mari has been at Spin TEK for over 15 years, the last 10 of which she has been a member of the company's management board. Mari leads the work of the software department and our larger international projects. She has spoken at numerous major conferences around the world and is also among the ambassadors of e-Estonia.
Tanel Pipar
Software Development Director
Tanel has been developing information systems at Spin TEK for 15 years. Today he holds the role of development director, responsible not only for the development team but also for the company's overall technological direction and raising the technical standard. Tanel is also the chief architect of a large number of the information systems we have developed.
Urmas Rebane
Data Protection Specialist
With a legal background and strong knowledge of jurisprudence, Urmas is responsible at our company for contracts as well as data protection matters. He is also developing his expertise in human resources management and handles a number of HR-related tasks.
Merit Künnapuu
Senior Software Project Manager
Merit holds a master's degree in information systems analysis and design and therefore leads our largest projects. Merit's strength is her analytical ability, which she uses to help digitise clients' business processes. Over the years her portfolio has grown to include dozens of projects in Estonia and abroad.
Kristel Küünarpuu
Senior Software Project Manager
Kristel has a background in software development and therefore finds a common language with developers very quickly. Kristel's projects include several time-critical systems. Thanks to her detailed thinking, Kristel has also participated in projects as an analyst and is continuously educating herself in this field.
Maia Vipp-Osa
Software Project Manager
Maia joined our team from a completely different field, but being a perfectionist with an eye for detail, she has since acquired a wealth of specific and technical skills. Maia's portfolio now includes several time-critical systems in the Estonian public sector, and she is also involved in the development and maintenance of information systems for international markets.
Laura Tärn
Software Project Manager
Laura has worked at Spin TEK for a very long time. Having initially focused more on software sales, she has grown into our long-standing project manager who works daily to identify clients' needs and expectations and to guide system development processes.

Greta-Maria Kivi
Marketing and Design Specialist
Greta is responsible for marketing and design as well as the company's entire internal communications. Having expanded her knowledge through a master's programme in human-computer interaction, she now works on the design and usability of our systems and is involved in several of our development projects as a UX/UI designer.
Jana Kiviselg
Executive Assistant
Jana is one of our company's longest-serving employees, having been responsible for our administrative affairs for nearly 30 years. Jana ensures smooth information flow, well-prepared and timely documentation, organised correspondence, and that all administrative matters run smoothly.
