I absolutely love these products. The serum has really reduced the red scars I had on my face from historic rosacea break outs. I can leave house without make up for the first time in years. I can't imagine using anything else now.

Wonky Coffee is brlliant. I didn't buy a Nespresso machine until I found out about Wonky Coffee. Before, I just couldn't justify sending all those little metal pods to landfill, but when I read that Wonky sell pods that would have been thrown away WITHOUT EVEN BEING USED I immediately bought a machine. The coffee is great and we think it's a fantastic business. I like not knowing exactly what I'm going to get, it adds to the fun.

What a brilliant product. This is the best eco deodorant I have ever used - and the best eco product I've ever bought. It works really well, it's a brilliantly simple design, I like what it looks like and they smell lovely. Have just ordered a second one for my daughter.

Fantastic customer service. Jane was so helpful and quick to respond and our delivery problem was very quickly sorted. The logs from Lekto are the best we've ever had and the customer service is of the same standard.

It is so easy to request help via the app. It came reasonably quickly and the RAC man was really lovely. He fixed it very quickly.

This was the best carpet clean yet. Carpet Bright are always amazing, but Zac seems to have worked a miracle! We have cream carpet in the bedroom and it looked really bad from our black cat, even though I hoover it every morning. We are absolutely delighted and this means we can put off the expense of replacing the carpet.

The staff at Hastings Robert Dyas are fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. I enjoy visiting the shop because of them. I dropped a star because I don't like the new arrangement of the shop, with the boring stuff (screws and nails etc) on the ground floor and the fun stuff (kettles and kitchenware) on the first floor. I think it's a mistake.

Oddbox is great. The produce is top quality and there is never anything left over at the end of the week. I really love knowing I've helped stop good food be wasted and suppported British farmers. The customer service is also excellent, v quick response and issue sorted.

Every product I've bought has been amazing. The clothes de-crease spray is a miracle worker! I also have the anti moth spray, the laundry powder, the stain remover and the gentle wash. All wonderful products.

My fussy cat loves this food. Gonzo used to be very tricky about eating, with a lot of food thrown away - now some mornings he is waiting by his bowl and licks it clean. He will only eat one flavour (Tuck In Tuna) and the kibble, but he LOVES it. And I love the recyclable tins and the delivery.

Sorry, Boden, but your new 'returns portal' is absoutely terrible. Also, your website lists my last purchase as being in 2014, when I bought shoes last week. I think you need to take a serious look at your IT systems.

Brilliant. Whoever invented this system is a genius. It's so quick and easy to use and saves hours of queuing in the post office.

Wonky coffee is the best. I wouldn't be able to justify having a coffee machine if I couldn't buy these pods which would otherwise be wasted. Great customer service too.
