The Deputy Secretary-General will depart Switzerland later today for Copenhagen, Denmark, where she will deliver a keynote address to the Danish Parliament on “The Future of the United Nations in a Turbulent World” and meet with senior officials to discuss the UN–Denmark partnership and advancing the 2030 Agenda.

She will then travel to France to participate in UNESCO’s International Day of Education event on Friday, 23 January, focused on youth leadership in shaping inclusive and resilient education systems, and will hold meetings with government officials and stakeholders.

The Deputy Secretary-General will return to New York on Monday, 26 January.
