CEE Animation Experience – webinar 3

Rotoscopy in Animation Rotoscopy is experiencing a renaissance, especially in adult animation and art-house projects. This session explores what rotoscopy truly is (and what it isn’t), tracing its artistic roots and examining why the technique is resurging today. Using insights from three recent productions (Peasants, Rock Bottom, and Children on Fire), the speaker will share when rotoscopy becomes the right artistic and production choice, along with lessons learned about workflow, creative challenges, and pipeline management in real-world studio conditions. https://ceeanimation.eu/programme/rotoscopy-in-animation/

Data processing online workshop

Content: This online workshop will focus on processing the data collected by the detectors during the CERN trip. Participants will learn methods of data analysis, including graphing cosmic muon detection results and interpreting the significance of the patterns they observe. The session will discuss expected outcomes, such as how muons appear on the graphs and what fluctuations in the data indicate about cosmic radiation. Realization: The workshop will be conducted online using screen-sharing tools and interactive discussions to teach data processing techniques. Fit into bigger project idea: This workshop emphasizes the importance of data analysis in scientific research, giving students and teachers the skills to process and interpret real experimental results. It reinforces the connection between hands-on experiments and scientific inquiry, encouraging a deeper understanding of physics. https://www.medgyessygimnazium.hu/
