Yelp Brand Center

A guide for Yelp assets and content.

For businesses on Yelp

Yelp logos

Use the “Find us on Yelp” logo to let consumers know you're listed on Yelp, you take pride in your reputation, and you focus on providing great consumer experiences.

You can also use the “Yelp for business” logo when advertising on Yelp and/or the “Yelp for Restaurants” logo when using Yelp's services for restaurants (e.g., Yelp Guest Manager).

The “Find us on Yelp”, “Yelp for business” or “Yelp for Restaurants” logos can be used in your digital assets for your business, website, marketing materials, in-store signage, a company vehicle, or other places where it makes sense to let consumers know about your presence on Yelp. Please don't alter or distort the logos except to change its sizing while preserving the original proportions.

To request a “Find us on Yelp” sticker, please complete this form.

Yelp Favicon

Use the Yelp “favicon” as a footer in your digital assets to create a quick shortcut that directs customers to your page on Yelp (e.g., on your website, in your emails, etc.).

Using Yelp reviews

Feel free to showcase your Yelp reviews, but please keep the following guidelines in mind:

  1. Don't take review excerpts out of context;

  2. Stay faithful to the original wording and syntax;

  3. Don't use reviews that aren't categorized as “Recommended Reviews”;

  4. Provide clear attribution to the author by including the following information:

    1. Yelp user name;

    2. date of review;

  5. Provide attribution to Yelp as the source of the content (e.g., “via Yelp”), and when shared online, an attribution link by using Yelp's share or embed content functionality (you can click or tap the overflow button (3 dots) located next to a review) or by including a full follow link (URL) back to the content or the business page.

Using Yelp photos or videos

You're welcome to use or display your own photos and videos from Yelp. However, if you wish to use photos or videos created by others, you must obtain permission from the creator and provide clear attribution (e.g., “Photo by Jane D. via Yelp”). Never misrepresent the business or entity shown in the photo or video.

Using your Yelp star ratings

Do not use Yelp's iconic star imagery to reference your average rating on Yelp, except in the form of our dynamic online “reviews” feature. These dynamic review counters will update automatically every time a Yelper posts a review about your business, which helps you display your current rating on Yelp.

You can access this feature through your Yelp business account page by going to the “Review Badges” menu item.

For strategic business partners and resellers

For any questions, please reach out to your business contact at Yelp or the address listed in your agreement with Yelp.
