Ansell is looking for a Manager, Sourcing to join our team in Brussels!

In this position you will play a vital role in managing the global indirect procurement activities, focusing on non-production categories such as fleet management, facility services, office rentals, and more. You will play a key role in identifying and engaging with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships to ensure optimal value and performance.

What your role will be?

You will be:

• Build and maintain deep knowledge of supply market conditions and supplier offerings within assigned sourcing sub-categories.
• Develop and manage RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs to support cost reduction initiatives and streamline integration with service providers.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sourcing strategies, RFQ finalization, contract execution, and vendor performance monitoring.
• Act as the central point of contact for all incoming information related to specific sourcing categories.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities, lead supplier negotiations, and contribute to service quality improvements and synergy targets.
• Develop and negotiate global or regional contracts in partnership with legal teams, ensuring favorable terms and risk mitigation.
• Lead contract re-negotiations and execute amendments in response to scope changes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective contract administration and compliance.
• Drive process improvement initiatives while ensuring adherence to relevant SOPs and procurement policies.
• Foster strong supplier relationships through active engagement, performance monitoring, and development initiatives.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to supplier performance, market volatility, and geopolitical factors to ensure supply chain resilience.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in all sourcing and procurement activities.
• Manage complex contracts and operate effectively across diverse regions and cultures.

What will you bring to Ansell?

• Tertiary education in a relevant field
• At least 5 years experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
• Strong understanding of sourcing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Knowledge of fleet management, corporate card programs, office operations, and travel services.
• Proven negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to leverage insights for informed decision-making.
• Solid grasp of supply chain dynamics and risk mitigation strategies.
• Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder and supplier engagement.
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple time zones, cultures, and geographies.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations, compliance standards, and ethical sourcing practices.
