Data protection in public procurement procedures

A model privacy statement is used by the European Commission to process personal data related to calls for expressions of interest for selection of experts as well as grant or tender procedures.

A standard contractual clause guarantees that personal data included in the European Commission's contracts, grant agreements or grant decisions are duly protected under Regulation (EU) 2018/1725.
