
The presidency of the Council of the EU rotates among the EU member states every six months. Starting on 1 July, Denmark will be the next to take on this exciting role.
This means Denmark will set the EU agenda, and guide meetings, driving forward the Council’s work developing new EU legislation.
What will Denmark focus on?
This is Denmark’s 8th Presidency, and this time they plan on tackling key topics like the green transition, security, and economic growth.
