Baker Lev is the owner of Lev's Baked Delights in Wendlewick. He makes odd remarks about ghosts and paranormal and believes his house may be haunted.

If a player attempts to trade or talk with the bakers having stolen from the stall within the previous 15 minutes, Lev will not only refuse to trade or talk with the player, he will alert the rangers (unless a vial of stench (a) is in the backpack).

Baker Lev can be talked to with a planning permission form to receive a signature during the Hermit Permits quest.
