Sap Magic Strength is an Ancient Curse unlocked after The Temple at Senntisten. It is used in the same way as normal prayers, although you must pray at the altar beneath the Varrock Dig Site in order to switch to the Ancient Curses.

When activated, this prayer will lower your opponents' Magic damage dealt by 3%, increasing to 9% over time. This is lessened to 2% to 6% in PvP.

Note that this curse Magic drain will not work on an enemy that doesn't use Magic.
