The spa pool can be found in the spa in the northern section of Anachronia base camp. If the tier 1 spa has been built, it can be used to gain the effects of the salt-water spring, thermal bath or mud bath from the spa in Oo'glog. The spa owner prevents players from filling ogre flasks here.

If the tier 3 spa has been built, certain effects last longer, or are more effective where applicable, via every spa location.

As a First Resort is not required to use the spa pool.

Effects

[edit | edit source]
Treatment Effects Tier 3 upgrade
Salt-water

Salt-water treatment grants unlimited run energy () by restoring run energy to 100% every 3 seconds for a limited duration.

This lasts a random duration between 9 to 24 minutes (3-minute increments - see here for calculation). This is re-rolled by simply having the treatment again.

Effects of the treatment remain active after death. It also allows players to run on the Ice Path, where they normally cannot.

Increases the duration by 50%.
Thermal bath

Thermal bath treatment heals the player, cures poison, and applies poison immune status () for a duration of 13 minutes and 30 seconds.

This also applies a thermal bath status () that boosts the life points by +3 per Constitution level, for a maximum of +297 at level 99, for 60 minutes. This stacks additively with the boosts from bonfires (), Fortitude (), and life point-boosting equipment.

Extends both durations by 50%, bringing the poison immunity to 20 minutes and 16 seconds and health boost to 90 minutes.
Mud bath

Mud bath treatment boosts the Hunter level by 10% (rounded down), decaying by 1 per minute. This doesn't stack with Hunter potions (and all variants).

This treatment also removes the player's scent whilst hunting for a temporary unknown duration, effectively equivalent to smoking all traps with a lit torch.

Increases this boost to 15% (rounded down), decaying by 1 per minute. It's unknown if this upgrade affects scent.
