Reuniones con los Parlamentos nacionales

The Committee on Employment and Social Affairs (EMPL) in cooperation with the Directorate for Relations with National Parliaments will hold an Interparliamentary Committee Meeting (ICM) entitled: “The future of the European Social Fund Plus”.

The Committee on Budgetary Control (CONT), in cooperation with the Directorate for Relations with National Parliaments, organised an Interparliamentary Committee Meeting (ICM) on “Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) oversight and the future outlook concerning the next Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF).

On 24 June, Committee on Foreign Affairs will host its Interparliamentary Committee Meeting on enlargement. More than 50 members of national parliaments from the EU Member States and enlargement countries will be present to exchange views with AFET members. There will be two sessions, focusing on seizing the momentum in the enlargement process and the role of parliaments in progressing EU accession.

The Committee on Culture and Education, in cooperation with the Directorate for Relations with National Parliaments, organised an Interparliamentary Committee Meeting (ICM) on "Erasmus+, European Solidarity Corps and Creative Europe in the current and next MFF - lessons learned and the way forward". The event took place on Wednesday, 3rd June 2026 from 12:30 to 18:00 CET at the European Parliament in Brussels (Room - József Antall 4Q1).

The Subcommittee on Human Rights (DROI) hosted an interparliamentary committee meeting on 6 May 2026 in Brussels on the Member States and EU’s role in supporting global accountability mechanisms, the International Criminal Court, universal jurisdiction and special tribunals.

On Thursday, 5 March 2026, to celebrate the IWD 2026, the FEMM Committee in collaboration with the Directorate for Relations with National Parliaments, organises an inter-parliamentary committee meeting on " Women’s rights and democracy: combating stereotypes, disinformation and violence in the digital age".

On 4–5 February, members of the Joint Parliamentary Scrutiny Group (JPSG) met in Nicosia, Cyprus, to exchange views with Europol, the Commission and national authorities on Europol’s activities, data protection, and the upcoming revision of the Agency’s mandate.

The FISC Subcommittee in cooperation with the Legislative Dialogue Unit of the Directorate for Relations with National Parliaments will organise an Inter-parliamentary Committee Meeting (ICM) on digital taxation on Thursday, 16 October, from 09.45 to 12.30 at the European Parliament, in the Jan Antall building, room 4Q1

The AGRI Committee, in cooperation with the Legislative Dialogue Unit of the Directorate for Relations with national Parliaments, will organise an Interparliamentary Committee Meeting (ICM) on "Vision for Food and Agriculture - Implications at National and EU Level" on Thursday, 25 September, from 09.00 to 12.30 at the European Parliament.

The Committee on Legal Affairs, with the support of the Directorate for Relations with National Parliaments (DG PART), organised an Interparliamentary Committee Meeting (ICM) on 'Implementation of the Directive on the Protection of the Environment through Criminal Law'. The event took place on 4 June 2025, from 14:30 to 16:30.

The EMPL Committee in cooperation with the Directorate for Relations with National Parliaments, held the ICM "How can we improve living and working conditions in the EU? The role of minimum wage protection and collective bargaining" on 6 May 2026 at the European Parliament in Brussels.
