Semináre sú organizované tematickými sekciami a umožňujú poslancom klásť odborníkom otázky a vymieňať si s nimi názory o otázkach týkajúcich sa parlamentnej činnosti alebo aktuálnych problémov. Niekedy sú neverejné a môžu sa konať počas schôdze výboru.
