Delavnice organizirajo tematski sektorji. Poslancem omogočajo, da strokovnjakom postavljajo vprašanja o zadevah, povezanih s parlamentarnimi dejavnostmi, ali aktualnih vprašanjih in se z njimi posvetujejo. Delavnice niso vedno javne, lahko pa se izvajajo med sejo odbora.
