The 28th meeting of the Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) EU-Chile took place from 17 to 19 March 2025 in Santiago de Chile and Valparaiso.

The following topics were discussed:

  • the political, economic and social situation in the European Union and Chile;
  • the Advanced Framework Agreement EU-Chile and the Interim Trade Agreement, with particular reference to its implications on the work of the EU-Chile Joint Parliamentary Committee
Meetings were also held with the Minister of Energy and Minister for Foreign Affairs, representatives of Indigenous peoples, social partners and academia.
