Orfenix, a member of the REMEDi4ALL Funders Network, is hosting a webinar on designing registration-ready clinical studies. Join the session on 13 October to explore four key building blocks of clinical trial design, from development planning and regulatory submissions to study conduct and post-study obligations. 👇 Learn more and register below!
𝗔 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻-𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. There are four building blocks that each need to be addressed properly for a study to hold up at marketing authorisation. 1) The development plan: endpoints, label alignment, and regulatory strategy set the direction for everything that follows. Getting these right early protects the value of the asset. 2) The study submission package and CTIS submission: the quality and completeness of what goes in determines how smoothly the study can start. 3) Study preparation and conduct: GCP alignment, data integrity, and IMP considerations are not administrative details. They are what makes the data usable when it matters most. 4) Post-study obligations: often underestimated, and a source of avoidable delays at exactly the wrong moment. In our webinar on 13 October, Hellen Houlleberghs will walk through each of these building blocks in practice, including a real-world case study.
