Establishment of an Expert Team on cyber resilience
The International Bureau has announced about the establishment of the cyber resilience Expert Team (ET) in an IB circular (200/2025) that was published on, Monday 08 December 2025, which available online at this link.
This Expert Team will be crucial for providing guidance and expertise for a new, dedicated UPU cyber resilience initiative: the Postal Information Sharing and Analysis Center (POST-ISAC). We invite you to designate a cyber security expert to join this new Expert Team. The IB seeks expertise across the full spectrum of cybersecurity matters: policy, technology, governance, and capacity building.

.POST policies
As the sponsor of .POST, the UPU and its bodies, including government and industry representatives, are responsible for developing, maintaining and enforcing the .POST policies.
Use of personal data
The UPU ensures the confidentiality and security of personal data collected from .POST domain registrants, in compliance with article 3.1(c)(ii) of the .POST sponsored top-level domain agreement between the UPU and ICANN.
The collection and handling of personal data by the UPU are governed by the UPU General Regulations and of Universal Postal Convention. The UPU certifies that personal data will be used only for the purpose for which it has been collected.

Applications that meet the conditions are published for a period of 30 days, during which objections or competing applications can be submitted.
