PANAP Mentorship Programme for African Researchers

Are you an (early-career) researcher of African nationality, working on sustainable agriculture and rural development in Africa? The Joint Research Centre (JRC) of the European Commission is organising a one-year mentorship programme in the context of the Pan-African Network for Economic Analysis of Policies (PANAP).

Besides mentorship from a senior researcher from the JRC and partners to develop a co-authored publication for a high-impact agricultural economics journal, selected mentees can benefit from

• Access to cleaned datasets and/or
• A new JRC farm-level model and
• full funding for participation in the 8th African Conference of Agricultural Economists (ACAE).
