Reflection paper on the future of EU finances

The reflection paper opens a debate on the future of EU finances. It maps out possible budgetary implications around five scenarios.

The paper is this fifth and final paper in the series announced in the White paper of the future of Europe presented by the Commission on 1 March 2017, which sets out the main challenges and opportunities for Europe in the coming decade.
