Mauls are two-handed weapons used in a manner similar to warhammers. The granite maul and obsidian maul are popular player-killing weapons, sometimes used to kill weakened opponents. The effectiveness of the maul primarily stems from the sheer impact generated when a hit is landed. All mauls have a characteristic of being slow, accurate and very powerful considering their Attack requirements. Mauls are unique in the fact that many of them have Strength requirements instead of Attack requirements.
