🎯 Europe clearly needs more STEM talent. Nearly 80% of EU small and medium-sized enterprises struggle to find workers with the skills needed, including ICT, artificial intelligence, and quantum computing. Strengthening access to STEM learning and skills is therefore an important part of building Europe’s workforce. 🚀 EIT STEM Tech Talent Induction launches today to help address this specific challenge. 🏆The #EITSTEMTalent call will provide up to €2 million to develop or expand STEM training programmes. This Initiative brings together the KICs as part of the EIT Community, and organisations across Europe to expand access to STEM learning, training and career pathways. 👉 Follow EIT STEM Talent now and find out more here: link.europa.eu/NbqDfm #UnionOfSkills #EITSTEMTalent #STEM
